Winner of the latest SportPesa mega jackpot makes history with the biggest-ever win
The biggest-ever SportPesa mega jackpot was won by Bonnie Kamau in August 2025 after he correctly predicted the outcome of 17 football matches.
Bonnie made history by winning a staggering Ksh. 424,660,618, with a stake of just Ksh. 99.
The SportPesa jackpot was created shortly after the company was founded in 2014.

Designed to give people the opportunity to win big and change their lives, the SportPesa jackpot has seen thousands of people try their luck at guessing the results of 17 football games, whether it will be a win – draw – loss.
This latest win marks the fifth time the mega jackpot has been won, and the first time since 2018.
Comment on the win, Ronald Karuari, The Chief Executive of SportPesa, said:
“The SportPesa jackpot has been changing lives since 2014. Bonnie is only the fifth person in SportPesa history that has won the mega jackpot. While thousands of people have won big on the mid-week draw, the mega jackpot is truly life changing money.
“I wish Bonnie and his family all the best with his recent windfall.”
The first Mega Jackpot was won by Samuel Abisai (221,301,602) in April 2017 before three joint winners Daniel Rono, Geoffrey Keitany and Florence Machogu (111,176,374) won for the second time in May 2017. Gordon Ogada was the third winner of the SportPesa mega jackpot (230,742,881) in February 2018 and before Bonnie’s win, Cosmas Korir (208,733,619) was the fourth person to win big in September 2018.
